My name is Carole Zelten. While planning the wedding of my own daughter several years ago, one thing became very clear to me... I either needed a banker to finance the wedding, or I’d have to consider selling a kidney, if my daughter was to have the celebration of her dreams.

I was astonished to find the costs of the average wedding in Memphis was between $10,000 - $25,000 and sometimes even more!  That’s for a one day celebration…without anything to show for it when I woke up the next day…except a “money hangover“.

After spending years under the guidance of some of the finest wedding photographers in the south, I turned a lifelong hobby of mine, into a very successful wedding photography business. It was this, that inspired me to begin Pizazz Services.

I was determined to offer HIGH QUALITY wedding services to local brides and grooms at an inexpensive price. Now…don’t confuse INEXPENSIVE with CHEAP. If you want cheap, there’s always Mee Maw with her Polaroid, and Uncle Junior's boy "Slash" can bring his boom box.

To be sure…When we opened in 2005, we were met by some members of the Memphis wedding community as if we had “bird flu”… but its all been worthwhile, as we’ve been flooded with cards and letters, from newlyweds, not to mention appreciative parents, thanking us for offering a sensible choice in an overpriced market.

Mention you saw my letter to you, and I'll even provide you with a "Copyrighted-Waived " disc of the pictures I take...yours for free!  Other photographers charge close to $200 for the disc alone, and because its copywrited...all you can do is view the pictures on your computer. I think parents need to stick together.  I know every little bit helps.
